We have used All Pool for over 20 years. Probably the greatest compliment I can give any business is that they 1) charge a reasonable price; 2) show up when they say they will; and 3) do great work. Joe has done our pool service for most of this time and he is incredible. He’s proactive on getting in front of issues and calls me directly whenever there is something he thinks we should address. Overall, Joe and the company are incredibly professional.
We have been using for four years and they are better than the postmen and arrive on time rain or shine. Joe our lead is proactive with preventative maintenance and identifying any warning signs of potential issues. They have had excellent referrals when things like Heater need maintenance. Very satisfied and nice to have one thing that I never have to worry about.
My wife and I have used All Pool for many years. They have been very professional and have provided a good value. They have resurfaced our pool and it looks great. Over the years we have been fortunate to have Joe Harman from All Pool to take care of the chemicals and functioning of all of our equipment. I had a wonderful experience working with Kristi in finding the perfect tile and resurfacing material. She was top notch, very responsive and easy to work with! This company is as awesome as it gets! I wanted a pool heater installed for my pool and I went with All Pool because of their reviews. Tim came out on time to do my initial estimate and basically blew my mind. I basically got a "pool and spa for dummies" class that I didn't even realized I so desperately needed. He explained everything so well and made it super easy to understand! Suffice to say I went with their service. I thought everything would take months, but the next week the heater was here and so was Tim and Kalvin.Tim and Kalvin is the ultimate team. They did a fantastic installing the heater and making sure i understood everything. Super nice folk to converse with and made spending the money on a pool heater all worth it.
